The challenge

Sharp Estate Agents & Lettings has built a strong local name across Accrington and the wider Hyndburn area since 2005. Director Lorna Sharp and her small, friendly team handle both sales and lettings, backed by dozens of five-star Google reviews and a straightforward way of doing business that keeps people coming back. Their website needed to work as hard as they do.

The hard part was never the look. It was the plumbing. Buyers and tenants expect to see every current property the moment it hits the market, and search engines reward sites that keep publishing fresh, relevant local content. Doing both by hand is a job nobody has time for when you are busy selling and letting homes. Sharp needed a site that looks after itself, with always-current listings and a steady flow of local content, without piling hours of admin onto a small team's week.

What we built

We designed and built Sharp a brand-new website on Laravel, then wired it into the tools they already rely on so it runs largely on its own.

• Automatic property sync. An AI integration hooks straight into Sharp's existing property feed and pulls their live listings (for sale, sold, and to let) through an API from the platform they already use. Everything on the site stays current with no manual re-entry by the team.
• Blog posts that write themselves. The system takes relevant local property content, then writes and publishes posts without anyone lifting a finger.
• Instant search indexing. Every new blog URL is pushed to IndexNow the moment it goes live, so search engines pick it up straight away rather than waiting to crawl it. That keeps Sharp's rankings ticking over on their own.
• A bold yellow and black design that matches Sharp's warm, plain-speaking brand and reads clearly on any device.

The result

The before and after is simple. Before, keeping the website current was a manual chore that competed with real client work. Now it is hands-off. Listings are always live and accurate because they flow in automatically, so a property that comes to market shows up without anyone touching the site. The blog keeps publishing local content and getting it in front of search engines through IndexNow, which helps their rankings stay strong while the team gets on with their day.
