Are unlimited changes really unlimited?
Included changes are available within your agreed plan and the fair use provisions of the Service Contract. They do not mean unlimited capacity, continuous same-day work or a dedicated full-time resource. Larger or different work is separately scoped and quoted.

- Changes must stay within the existing nature and scope of the agreed service.
- Rebuilds, new sites or apps, new brands, complex new functionality, new integrations and bulk data entry are outside fair use.
- Requests may be queued and prioritised. Repeated reversals and third-party changes may need separate agreement.
- Additional work is agreed in advance, except emergency security work allowed by the contract.
What fair use means
Your quote and active plan define what is included. Fair use covers reasonable changes within that existing scope. It does not promise unlimited development capacity, guaranteed same-day turnaround or a full-time developer.
What needs a separate quote
A rebuild, a new website or app, a new brand, complex new features, integrations, bulk data entry or a separate project falls outside fair use. Work created by repeated reversals or third-party changes may also be separately charged. Requests can be queued or prioritised.

Does unlimited mean a full-time developer?
No. Included changes are subject to capacity, prioritisation and fair use. Dedicated development capacity must be expressly scoped.
Are new applications included?
No. New applications, rebuilds and separate projects need their own scope and quote.
Do included changes continue after my plan ends?
No. They depend on an active plan that includes them, subject to the agreed terms.
