Are unlimited changes really unlimited?

Yes, within fair and reasonable use, with no per-change fees and no ticket allowance to ration. Your plan covers unlimited content and design changes within its scope. The limit is a category, not a quantity: a change that amounts to a new site, a rebuild, an additional product or net-new functionality is scoped and quoted separately.

In short
  • There are no per-change fees within fair and reasonable use, and no monthly ticket allowance you have to ration.
  • Included: copy edits, swapping images, new page content, design tweaks, and updates to your brand guidelines whenever you need them.
  • Quoted separately: a rebuild, a new site, additional products, or wholly new functionality. Your Care Plan does not cover net-new builds.
  • Changes are requested through the agent terminal in your portal. A change request sits in the Normal tier: first response within 1 business day during Business Hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm UK time.
  • The plan and its SLA apply only while it is active and your account is in good standing. If the monthly subscription ends, the hosting, monitoring and changes it covers end with it.

Yes, and here is the limiter we always attach to it

The monthly fee on a brochure site (£100 a month, before VAT) covers unlimited content and design changes, subject to fair and reasonable use. There are no per-change fees within fair and reasonable use. There is no bundle of tickets that runs out mid-month, and no hourly meter running behind the work. Ask for a change that sits inside your plan, and we make it.

We don't publish a number for fair and reasonable use, and we're not going to invent one here. There is no change count, no hours-per-month cap and no turnaround figure in our terms or our SLA, so any number you read on this page would be marketing rather than contract. What the terms do define is the category of work that falls outside the plan, and that line is the honest part of the answer.

Where the line actually falls

Inside the plan: copy edits, swapping images, new page content, design tweaks, content modifications on request, and updates to your brand guidelines whenever you need them. Alongside those, your plan covers hosting for the service it applies to, plus security monitoring and code scanning. Those are examples of what our SLA covers as changes within the scope of your plan, content modifications on request and brand guideline updates. They are illustrations of the categories, not a longer list we've assembled for a sales page.

Outside the plan: net-new builds, additional products, and wholly new functionality. If a request amounts to a new site or a rebuild, it is scoped and quoted separately under our terms rather than absorbed. The test is not how long something takes us. It is whether you are asking us to maintain what you have or to build something you don't yet have. More involved work of that kind, including new pages and larger structural work, is scoped and scheduled with you, and its timeline is agreed case by case rather than covered by the targets in the SLA.

How a change is requested

You ask in plain English through the agent terminal in your customer portal. You describe what you want rather than filling in a specification document first.

Routine content and design changes requested that way are usually prepared on a staging environment for your review. To be precise about what that sentence is: it is illustrative of how we work, not a service target and not a guaranteed time. Nothing goes live on your site without your approval, unless you have switched on an automation that publishes on your behalf. Automated features are off until you switch them on, and you can switch any automation back to manual review at any time. We cover that in full on whether our AI can publish without your approval.

When you'll hear back

Changes and questions sit in the Normal tier of our SLA: first response within 1 business day. Business Hours means Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm UK time, excluding public holidays in England and Wales. A ticket raised outside those hours is treated as received at the start of the next Business Hours period.

Read that as what it says. It is a first response target, not a fix time, and our SLA is explicit that the targets in it are goals we work hard to meet rather than guarantees. We don't commit to a time to complete a change, because how long a change takes depends on what the change is.

The condition worth reading twice

All of the above applies only while your plan is active and your account is in good standing, with fees paid up to date. If the monthly subscription ends, the hosting, monitoring and changes it covers end with it. The plan is what keeps the site hosted, watched and editable.

The monthly fees, all before VAT: £100 a month for a brochure site, £150 a month for an online store, and £150 a month for each live AI agent we operate for you. Rights in anything we build for you are governed by your own agreement with us; the position is set out in our Terms of Service.

Follow-up questions

What actually counts as fair and reasonable use?

We don't publish a number, and we won't pretend otherwise: there is no change count, no hours cap and no turnaround figure in our terms. What is defined is the category. Content and design changes to the site you have are included. A new site, a rebuild, additional products or wholly new functionality is scoped and quoted separately.

Is there a fee if I ask for a lot of changes in one month?

No. There are no per-change fees within fair and reasonable use, and no overage charge. If a request crosses into net-new work, we re-scope it and give you a revised quote before carrying it out rather than billing you afterwards. Additional work is only chargeable once you've agreed it.

How quickly will a change be made?

We won't put a number on it. A change request gets a first response within 1 business day during Business Hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm UK time) under the Normal tier of our SLA, and routine changes are usually prepared on a staging environment for your review. That's illustrative of how we work, not a service target or a guaranteed time.

What happens to my changes if the plan ends?

They stop, along with the hosting and monitoring the fee pays for. The SLA applies only while you hold an active plan and your account is in good standing. If the monthly subscription ends, the hosting, monitoring and changes it covers end with it. How notice and cancellation work is set out in your own agreement with us and in our Terms of Service.
